Rehabbing OC part II!

So here we go I am on full steam ahead at getting this rehab done and I just came under budget by being super smart... yes I am bragging a little!

In fact I just save 15 % on my car insurance too!!! OK that's a joke!

But saving $2300.00 on the granite is NO JOKE! Especially after I was being cheap in my initial calculations... So all you rehabbers out there pay attention to this blog... you will learn something even if you have years experience, you will learn how to do it better, and that means more profits in the end!

It is really going to be an amazing after once we get it done!!! Like I said before, I will be shooting video all along the way!

So many times I hear about people going into rehab jobs and spending way too much on the job, not getting it completed, over spending (said that twice to make a point), and just having way too much time spent on something so unnecessary!

JUST PAY ATTENTION!!!!

This job is a 700K FMV value (ARV for you seminar junkies) and we will be under my spreadsheet calculations of @$84,000, and we are going to be right at @$65,000! Not bad, not bad! Someone is going to get a sweet (bleep) place when we get done!

Christmas is here already??? Well do I have something special for you!!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING!!!!

Its only 16 days till Christmas!!!

It was just Valentines day OOOOOOMMMMMMGGGGGG!

Seriously did this year go fast or what? If you are like me you know that time is running faster and faster as we get older, I think....

One thing is for certain, you just cannot blink these days or opportunity can pass you by in a flash! So make sure that you pay attention to those around you that really do need your attention ;) Family, friends, loved ones, business associates, heck you should even pay attention to those you don't really like too!

But if you are a real estate investor you might want to pay close attention to the new laws that are coming into effect at the beginning of 2014 as it will have a huge impact on the way you do business. I am putting together a new team that will be able to help us navigate through the massive Dodd - Frank law, it is definitely scary that there is no precedence and the outcome of certain things are just unknown... that is not how I like to do business!

One thing I can tell you is that in the last 22 years... there have been many changes in the market that I have witnessed and this isn't the first hurdle or will it be the last to over come... and over come we will!!!

So stick around and get up to date information how you can be successful even when the odds are against you!

But in the mean time... if you took part in my last survey I want to thank you for your answers. I am extracting my knowledge from all my years of experience, and developing new training programs that are exactly what you need to help you hit the goals you said you wanted to achieve...

Thanks Giving is over... time to make the money!!!

Well Thanksgiving is over and you have a decision to make you can remember all the good times you and your loved ones had stuffing yourselves like the turkey you ate... or it is time to remissness with all the videos on TV and YouTube about all the black Friday calamities!!!

I for one choose to remember the good times spent with my loved ones... Was one of my best Turkey days so far! And about those videos.... I avoid the stores on these type of sale days only for the fact that you can get better deals online.

 Plus soon it is going to be CYBER MONDAY! YEAH!!!!


So what is your game plan for the holidays... Are you going to lay back and coast through, or are you going to hit it hard and strong?
